An intimate and exclusive dining experience face to face with the Chef

A chef’s table directly overlooking Valentino Cassanelli’s creative laboratory: this is the proposal that Lux Lucis has created for lovers of fine dining and for those who want a unique, more immersive and personal experience. From here you can watch the chef make his creations and admire the technical skill and passion with which he completes each dish.

From unmistakable signature dishes to dedicated and unique creations for the chef’s table, you will be led by hand on a journey to discover authentic flavours, expertly paired with wines and cocktails by the maitre sommelier Sokol Ndreko and our barman. The experience is reserved for a maximum of 4 guests, who will be able to interact and converse at any time with the Chef and the maitre d ‘, to discover the importance of each ingredient and how it is enhanced.

In addition to the unique location and a privileged view of the entire kitchen, the consumption at the chef’s table includes a more informal seat on a stool and the particularity of being served directly by the chefs present. Each of them will be able to tell you curiosities and anecdotes about the dishes, entertaining you in a new experience that differs in emotions and sensations from the classic dinner.

Lux Lucis Restaurant is always open for hotel guests. External guests are welcome from Friday to Monday.
